Born from a conviction that African businesses deserve world-class software tailored to their context — not adapted from it.
VHM Corps Ltd. was founded in Lagos, Nigeria in 2026 by Ebenuwah Elvis, Odewabi Toluwaninse, Mohammed Al-hameen, and Atuorah Michael — four engineers who identified the gap between enterprise software available globally and what many African businesses actually needed and could afford.
Starting with Flash Narrative, an AI-powered media intelligence, and brand management tool built for businesses, personalities with very public images to protect and manage. The team quickly realised this was the tip of the iceberg. Sector after sector — agriculture, health, legal, logistics — revealed the same story: powerful software existed elsewhere, yet very few were built for Africa, by Africans.
Today, VHM Corps is home to two flagship products, a team of 10 across Lagos and a growing community of businesses that trust our platform daily.
To engineer high-throughput data infrastructure and industry sensitive AI systems that transform complex regional communication into sovereign enterprise intelligence — democratising enterprise software for African businesses.
To be the definitive cognitive infrastructure for Africa. A continent where African businesses don't just participate in the global economy — they lead it. We believe software is the great equaliser, and we're building the tools to prove it, one product at a time.
We build software that rivals the best in the world. African businesses deserve nothing less.
We succeed when our clients succeed. Every relationship is built on mutual, sustainable growth.
Solutions that work in Nairobi, Lagos, and Accra are different from those built for London. We know and respect that difference.
Data integrity, clear pricing, and honest communication are non-negotiables. No hidden fees, no surprises.
We move fast, but never at the expense of quality, security, or our clients' long-term peace of mind.
We measure success by real-world impact on businesses, livelihoods, and the communities they serve across Africa.
